I ACCEPT the Neighborhood Energy Challenge and agree to track and save on my energy use.

I'll calculate my Carbon Snapshot and will share my Snapshot within ten days of joining the program, or I'll welcome a visit from a representative to assist me with it.

I'll review the Point Tracker's list of money- and energy-saving measures, decide which are appropriate for my household, and try to accomplish them during the next 12 months.

I'll submit monthly progress reports (points claimed) as indicated on the Points Tracker.

I understand that the household data I give, the Actions I choose, and the Points I earn with the Neighborhood Energy Challenge are Confidential and will not be shared with others in a way that identifies me or my household. I understand that the Neighborhood Energy Challenge may report the household data I give, the Actions I choose, and the Points I earn in aggregate figures only, averaged with results from many participants, without using my name or other identifying information.

I understand that I will receive periodic updates/newsletters from the program in the form of mail or email and will unblock these, if needed, in my spam filter.

I'll adhere to the honor system in reporting my Points earned, since inaccurate reporting would compromise the credibility of the program and the accuracy of my energy savings.

I understand that the Neighborhood Energy Challenge can make no guarantees of monetary savings as a result of Actions taken in the program, and that neither the Challenge nor its sponsors are responsible for any negative consequences resulting from any of the Actions that I take in this program.
